Assisted Living Caregiver and Assisted Living Manager

Student fees, withdrawal, and refund policies. In the case of needing a refund or cancellation, the following will apply:

1. Initial rejection by Academy On-Demand: An applicant rejected by the school is entitled to a refund of all monies paid by the student directly to Academy On-Demand within 7 working days of written notice of rejection. The applicant will receive a 100% refund by the school no later than 7 business days of receiving the notice of rejection. The student must return ALL books, supplies, equipment, and promotional items before the refund is processed.
2. 3 Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within 3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Federal, and State Holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid as long as it is still prior to entering the school or selected program. The applicant will receive a 100% refund by the school no later than 30 calendar days of receiving the notice of cancellation. The student must return ALL books, supplies, equipment, and promotional items before the refund is processed.
3. Other Cancellation: An applicant requesting cancellation more than 3 days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, but prior to entering the school, is entitled to a refund of all monies paid minus an administrative fee of $250.00.
4. Student fees are nonrefundable once a student begins the program. For the purposes of this policy, a student is considered to have begun the program upon completion of their first online module
5. Financial aid is not available.
6. Academy On-Demand reserves the right to increase tuition with a 30-day notice.

Certified Nursing Assistant

• 3 Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within 3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Federal, and State Holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid as long as it is still prior to entering the school or selected program. The applicant will receive a 100% refund by the school no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the notice of cancellation. The student must return ALL books, supplies, equipment, and promotional items before the refund is processed.
• Other Cancellation: An applicant requesting cancellation more than 3 days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, but prior to entering the school, is entitled to a refund of all monies paid minus an administrative fee of $250.00. Student must return ALL books, supplies, equipment, and promotional items before refund is processed. EXCEPTION: A student enrolled in any of the Certified Nursing Assistant Programs may be allowed the option to take their class at a different time.
• CNA Course Refund After the Commencement of Classes:
  • a. 20 Hours or Less 75% of full tuition (minus administrative fee)
  • b. 21 Hours up to 39 Hours 50% of full tuition (minus administrative fee)
  • c. 40 Hours up to 60 Hours 25% of full tuition (minus administrative fee)
  • d. 61 Hours or Over No Refund
